Trailer Thursdays!!
RYAN: Forgive us Father, for we have sinned – it’s not a Tuesday…but it’s Trailer Thursdays!
CAROLINE: We’ve got some good old-fashioned January releases to cover. But believe it or not, we’re actually excited for them.
RYAN: The first, which I think we’ve been waiting for longer than any other film, because it was supposed to come out months ago, is “Catch and Release.”
CAROLINE: It stars our own Jenny Garner, whom we adore from her “Alias” days. And Kevin Smith and Juliette Lewis are in it too.
RYAN: This movie was written by the same woman who wrote “Erin Brockovich,” and it looks like a great romantic comedy.
CAROLINE: I think it’s more of a romantic drama – there’s a dead fiancé involved. I, for one, am a chick and I love romantical stuff, so I can’t wait to see it. This has my name written all over it.
RYAN: Mine too. Because I’m a gay, and in case you hadn’t noticed, we appreciate chick flicks too.
CAROLINE: It comes out January 26th and we’ll be first in line.

RYAN: Our next film is “Smokin’ Aces,” starring you and me and everyone we know.
CAROLINE: Yes, this has a cast of thousands. And it’s nice to see Ray Liotta in a movie again.
RYAN: And it’s nice to see Jeremy Piven getting some work outside the small screen.
CAROLINE: I’m wondering when Alicia Keys became an actress.
RYAN: I think it was around the same time as Justin Timberlake. But I’m excited to see this. We’ve been invited by Universal to an advanced screening next week, so we’ll check it out for sure. But I think the trailer looks really fun, fast and action-packed.
CAROLINE: Yeah, it’s a hitman movie, and I think it also has some comedic and slapstick elements. And it has hot Ryan Reynolds too.
RYAN: He’s pretty good-looking lately. Here’s the trailer:
