New on DVD

CAROLINE: Little girls nationwide are rejoicing today because “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour” is new on DVD. We, of course, do not care even a little bit.

RYAN: Please. But a movie we both loved, “Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day,” is also new on DVD and that’s cause for excitement.

CAROLINE: This was such a cute movie! It takes place in 1930s London and it stars Frances McDormand as the titular Miss Pettigrew, as well as Amy Adams, who we adore. We even got to interview her at the movie junket.

RYAN: Don’t forget Lee Pace from TV’s “Pushing Daisies,” who we also got to interview. He is hot beyond hot.

CAROLINE: I could barely control myself in his presence. Also new on DVD, we have “Street Kings” starring Keanu Reeves as an L.A. cop. As I recall, this movie was very violent.

RYAN: It definitely was. And don’t even get me started on how much I hate Keanu.

CAROLINE: I know, but we both kind of liked this movie.

RYAN: Yeah, but I wouldn’t say you have to rush out and rent it or anything.

CAROLINE: And lastly, if anyone cares, “Prom Night,” a horror movie with Brittany Snow is also out on DVD today.

RYAN: We didn’t even bother to see this one. If you’re a fan of Brittany’s, do yourself a favor and wait for “Finding Amanda” to come out on DVD and rent that instead.
