New on DVD

RYAN: New on DVD today, a movie you saw but I didn’t, “Shoot ‘Em Up,” starring your #1 Hollywood hot man, Clive Owen.

CAROLINE: I must say he looks especially hot in this flick. It’s not a great movie by any means, but it’s a really fun action gunslinger adventure. Also, Paul Giamatti plays Clive’s nemesis and he’s hilarious.

RYAN: Isn’t Monica Bellucci in it too?

CAROLINE: Yes, she’s a voluptuous lactating hooker who specializes in baby fantasies like diapering and breastfeeding. It’s a bizarre movie for sure, but a fun one.

RYAN: The DVD has deleted scenes and audio commentary, so I’m sure it would be a decent rental.

CAROLINE: Also out on DVD today is a movie that neither of us saw thankfully, “Resident Evil: Extinction.”

RYAN: Yeah, I’m not sure why this franchise is still around, but I guess someone’s watching. Maybe people who like video games, since this movie is based on one.

CAROLINE: It made about $50 million at the box office, but we certainly don’t recommend it. Rent it at your own risk, or if you really like Ali Larter.
