RYAN: Scarlett Johannson must be very jealous of Nicole Kidman.

CAROLINE: ‘Cos she has an Oscar?

RYAN: No – she seems to be Woody Allen’s latest muse. She’s just been cast in his latest film.

CAROLINE: Hasn’t she done one before?

RYAN: Apparently not. But this new one costars her BFF Naomi Watts.

CAROLINE: Oh that’ll be fun for the gal pals.

RYAN: …and also Antonio Banderas, who Nikky was supposed to work with on “Nine” until Daniel Day Lewis took over.

CAROLINE: I can’t wait for “Nine”!

RYAN: Me too! Josh Brolin is also gonna be in the new Woody Allen.

CAROLINE: I love him! He’s hot. I hope it’s good. Woody’s movies are always so hit or miss. Meanwhile Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz may be reteaming for a movie.

RYAN: Oh I loathed “Vanilla Sky.”

CAROLINE: Please. Me too. But the new movie should be better. It’s supposed to be a very formulaic and mainstream romcom.

RYAN: That’s really all Cameron can do, LBH, let’s be honest.

CAROLINE: She’s not really getting the Kate Winslet roles, ’tis true.
