RYAN: Just confirmed – Daniel Radcliffe set to star in a Broadway musical!

CAROLINE: Ok, breathe. It’s a revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, which has one of the longest titles for a musical ever.

RYAN: I’ve seen the show before and it’s great fun.

CAROLINE: But can he sing and dance?

RYAN: Please. Harry Potter can do anything.

CAROLINE: [laughs’ He certainly is a talented actor. I didn’t see his Broadway debut, however. I know you saw him get naked in Equus.

RYAN: He was terrific in that but honestly, I’ll take Dan singing and dancing over baring it all any day.

CAROLINE: He did get rave reviews for his acting chops in that performance.

RYAN: And I’ve read he’s been taking singing lessons for a while now. I think this role won’t call for too much dancing. I mean, Matthew Broderick has done it in the past.

CAROLINE: That’s right. There’s a difference between actors who move and real dancers.

RYAN: Well Dan is confident, competent and brilliant. I can’t wait to see it.

CAROLINE: It’s set for a Spring 2011 opening and I’m looking forward to it too.
