Movie News – Dakota Fanning Musical

RYAN: I’m not sure how I feel about this news. No, wait. I definitely don’t like it.

CAROLINE: [laughs’ Why?

RYAN: Remember that train wreck of a movie “Hounddog”?

CAROLINE: Ugh. I wish I didn’t. It was so painful.

RYAN: Well how do you feel about Dakota Fanning singing again?

CAROLINE: No! That’s just wrong.

RYAN: Well she’s set to star as Cheri Currie who was the real-life lead singer of a 70’s girl group called The Runaways.

CAROLINE: Oh yeah, I heard about this. Joan Jett was in that group too. Maybe it’ll be good; we always love a musical.

RYAN: It’s a biopic based on the all-girl band and it’s also set to star Kristen Stewart of “Twilight” fame.

CAROLINE: You love her.

RYAN: I used to but I’ve been reading a lot of nasty, cocky things she’s said lately, so I’m just not that into her anymore.

CAROLINE: [laughs’ Isn’t Dakota also slated to have a role in the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon”?

RYAN: Yes. Maybe the two starlets will become BFFs.
