CAROLINE: Remember how excited we are for the movie version of the classic “Sex and the City” line-turned-book, “He’s Just Not That Into You”?

RYAN: But of course! It’s got people we enjoy like Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly, Ben Affleck and more! What’s not to love?

CAROLINE: Well, there’s big drama surrounding the release date. With a cast like that, I figured this movie had to be a fab romantic comedy. It was initially scheduled to come out in August but then it moved to October 24th, which I thought was a good sign.

RYAN: Totally! That’s when all the good Oscar-caliber films start coming out.

CAROLINE: Precisely. But it’s been all the buzz because October 24th is the same day that “Changeling,” the Angelina Jolie drama that got great buzz at Cannes, comes out. And it’s directed by Clint Eastwood no less.

RYAN: Wowza. Brad Pitt’s current Angelina vs. his ex Jennifer Aniston? That’s gonna be a very interesting box office study.

CAROLINE: Well, it would have been. But now, get this – the release date for “He’s Just Not That Into You” has been moved to February 2009.

RYAN: Oh no, a February release?! That’s the kiss of death!

CAROLINE: I know. It saddens me. But maybe it’ll make a really cute Valentine’s Day movie.

RYAN: Let’s hope so, for Jenny Ani’s sake. She needs a hit!
