RYAN: Ok. Let’s keep things real.

CAROLINE: Rock out.

RYAN: Not that we’re not looking forward to the new Star Trek film, but really… I think it’s just ‘cos J.J. Abrams is at the helm.

CAROLINE: Oh please. That’s the only reason I’m even mildly interested in it.

RYAN: I know. Me three. And though sci fi is one of my fave genres, I’ve never seen a Star Trek movie. But I’ve just learned this one has one more thing going for it.

CAROLINE: What’s that?

RYAN: Winona Ryder.

CAROLINE: Winona Horowitz? You love her!

RYAN: ‘Tis true. I’m a Ryder fan. She’s set to play Mr. Spock’s mother. And as I look at the list of actors aligned to co-star, it seems she’s the biggest name attached.

CAROLINE: Interesting.

RYAN: Well at the very least, for me, this movie will be that much more palatable.

CAROLINE: We have to time get ready for it… it doesn’t hit theaters ’til Christmas Day 2008.
