ANNAPOLIS

CAROLINE: So you went to see “Annapolis” today with another friend because I had no interest in this movie. Ryan, your thoughts?

RYAN: I had to drag my pal Cosmo to see it… not that I am averse to seeing a movie alone; however… and we actually both liked it. I think you would have liked it. It’s fun January fare.

CAROLINE: Which means, doesn’t have to be that good cuz it’s a January release.

RYAN: Right. It’s a really guys-guy kind of movie… the Navy, the boxing, etc… but the guys in it were hot enough to please the gays… and the romantic tension was such that you would have been grabbing my arm as James and Jordana were about to kiss… as you like to do.

CAROLINE: I do enjoy a good love scene. It’s true.

RYAN: Overall, it was fun. It was the right length, the right amount of build-up and climax. It’s a great formulaic film.

CAROLINE: Fair enough. And as a member of the female persuasion, I am thrilled you saw it without me..

RYAN: You would have enjoyed it though. Final thought: it was somewhat stirring… if there’s nothing else to see… it’s an option.

CAROLINE: I hear you. Fair enough.

RYAN: “Annapolis.”
