I DON’T KNOW HOW SHE DOES IT

RYAN: Although the new SJP movie has been pretty much universally panned by other critics, I’m going on the record to say it’s not that bad.

CAROLINE: I’m quite glad to hear it. I love her and thought it looks kinda cute.

RYAN: She’s just so damn likeable! It’s not a brilliant film, by any means; but it is cute and fun and obviously going to play well to the working moms out there.

CAROLINE: I can’t believe it didn’t even crack the top five at the box office this weekend.

RYAN: Yeah – that’s pretty bad news. But I think people just didn’t want to invest in it. And let’s be honest, it’s not Sex and the City.

CAROLINE: Honey – nothing is. How was the rest of the cast?

RYAN: Pierce Brosnan was great; what else is new? And I like Greg Kinnear but his role is really wussy. For me, Olivia Munn, as SJP’s assistant Momo, steals the show.

CAROLINE: She’s gorge.

RYAN: She does her best Emily Blunt in The Devil Wears Prada here and I love it.

CAROLINE: That’s juicy. How’s the fashion?

RYAN: What fashion?

CAROLINE: That bad, huh?

RYAN: Sadly. But Fashion doesn’t really play much of a role in the plot anyway. As a working mom, she’s more of a Maxxinista than Fashionista.

CAROLINE: Oh no you di’n’t!

RYAN: I can’t give the green light to run out to see this in the theater but if you just love Sarah or prefer this genre over the other things out now, it’s an option… otherwise wait to watch it at home sometime.
