Trailer Thursdays!

CAROLINE: We’re in the midst of summer blockbuster season, which means there are tons of great new trailers appearing before all the big movies. I’m super jazzed about “Eagle Eye” starring Shia LeBeouf.

RYAN: OMG this looks so creepy and good! It’s all action and mistaken identity and regular people getting caught in the middle of some FBI shakedown.

CAROLINE: It’s looks so so good, even though Billy Bob Thornton is in it. It comes out on September 26th and I can’t wait! Check out the trailer here:

CAROLINE: We also had the pleasure of seeing the trailer for “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” before we saw Indy 4, and I think we were both agape.

RYAN: Never has a man looked more the embodiment of James Dean than Brad Pitt does in this movie.

CAROLINE: And the story seems fascinating. Basically, Brad Pitt is born old and then he ages backwards and becomes young. So cool! It’s going to be a big Christmas release.

RYAN: It co-stars one of my all-time favorite actresses, Cate Blanchett. And apparently there’s a cameo from Brad’s real-life daughter Shiloh. She’s breaking hearts already. Here’s the trailer:

CAROLINE: I’m also very excited about the new Coen brothers offering, “Burn After Reading.”

RYAN: Honey, who isn’t? It’s got George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton and John Malkovich.

CAROLINE: Based on the trailer, I’m not even really sure what it’s about; I just know I’m gonna be all over it. Check out the trailer here:
