STREET KINGS
RYAN: I lit’rally dragged my feet to “Street Kings” because I had zero squared interest in seeing it.
CAROLINE: It stars Keanu Reeves as an L.A. cop, which is nothing new. But it has some other semi-hot men with various stages of facial hair growth, like Jay Mohr and John Corbett a.k.a. Aidan.
RYAN: The main reason I didn’t care about this movie was Keanu. Obviously, he’s not an actor. The script is pretty lame too. He had one line that was something like, “You think what you want what you know that you want, but you don’t want it.” I was like, “Seriously?” And they couldn’t even get a decent actor to say it so it was all the worse.
CAROLINE: OK, we get that you hate Keanu.
RYAN: He threatened to kill me once in L.A.
CAROLINE: Please, I can’t hear that story again. Sadly, Aidan only has a couple of lines, but he’s looking good.
RYAN: He really is! I was happy for him that he’s in this because I doubt they’ll need him in “Sex and the City – The Movie.” It also stars Forest Whitaker, Common and Hugh Laurie from TV’s “House.”
CAROLINE: Hugh does such a great American accent. This role was a departure for Forest too, at least from the last couple of flicks he’s done. He’s usually really righteous.
RYAN: He’s more of a tough guy in this movie. For the first half, I didn’t buy it, but by the end I sort of got what he was going for.
CAROLINE: He uses a lot of profanity. This is a straight up bloody boy movie. There’s a lot of violence, and it’s almost like that video game “Grand Theft Auto.”
RYAN: Chris Evans is in it too, looking way better than decent. His acting was ok, so I’ll cut him some slack this time. He’s much better in this than he was in the “Fantastic Four” films. Since I didn’t really want to see this movie, my expectations were so low, and I was actually entertained by it.
CAROLINE: It’s not a movie I would recommend to my girls, though there were a few scenes that were really badass. They gave Keanu some really cool action stuff to do. I actually gasped out loud at one point because it was so cool. Other than that, it’s just bloody. There’s the token hot chick as Keanu’s GF, but she’s pretty much the only woman in the movie.
RYAN: I liked it better than I thought I would, and it is definitely one to see on the big screen because of the action. Bottom line?
CAROLINE: I don’t think girls will rush out to see this unless you’re doing it as a favor to your boyfriend so that he’ll go see the next chick flick with you.
RYAN: But if you are a girl or a gay who gets dragged to this, you certainly won’t be bored.
CAROLINE: It’s a little too long. I’m not saying it wasn’t entertaining and I did like a lot of the action, but I would never tell someone that they need to see this movie. Unless you’re a guy who loves violent movies about L.A. cops.

Actually Keanu is an actor. You, on the other hand, are obviously a turd.
