CAROLINE: It’s a little bit crazy in Hollywood right now with the impending expiration of the WGA contract, but there’s a big new deal for a follow-up to “The Da Vinci Code.”

RYAN: Ooh I love it! Is Tom Hanks going to star again?

CAROLINE: Of course, and Ron Howard will direct. It’s scheduled to start shooting in February and it’s based on the book “Angels & Demons,” also by Dan Brown.

RYAN: I need to read that one.

CAROLINE: Yeah, it’s a cool story. This time Robert Langdon is tracking a secret society and it leads him to the Vatican. Lots of Catholic Church corruption and stuff. And there are a lot of cool art and architecture references just like in “The Da Vinci Code.”

RYAN: I am definitely psyched for this. When will it come out?

CAROLINE: December of next year. And Ron Howard will also be finishing up the movie version of “Frost/Nixon” so it’s going to be a busy 2008 for Richie Cunningham.
